Obesity and Its Causes

Obesity is a chronic condition in which accumulation of excess body fat has been takes place. Obesity is calculated by using the body mass index (BMI). Body mass index over 30 are considered as obese people. Obesity increases the risk for heart disease. Which can be lead to heart disease, to  high blood pressure,  diabetescancer, gallstones, and other chronic illnesses. Obesity has also been linked to increased risk for a number of cancers. The most common causes of obesity are combination of excessive food intake, lack of physical activity, and genetic susceptibility. Activities involved in the treatment of obesity are Changes in diet and physical exercising. The main reason for the Obesity is when people regularly eat more calories than they burn. Lack of physical activity and sleep are the causes of obesity. Body weight is the result of a combination of influences behavioral, genetic, metabolic, environmental, cultural, and socioeconomic influences.
