Dr. Sivanesan has extensive experience in offering businesses with consultation on niche and complex solutions to meet their critical requirements for growth as well as to meet challenges in an ever-evolving global economy where enhanced productivity, capable key talent retention and quick decision-making capabilities are of essence. He has been in offering consultation on business enablement through IT solutions for more than 15 years providing Supply Chain and Human Capital solutions for industries in the Asian region. Siva gained his business development and solutioning exposures working for major solution providers like SAP, HP, Atos Origin and Tata. Over the years Siva effectively visualized critical business needs of organizations and guided solution architects in crafting best-fit value proposals addressing evolving business challenges. His solutioning capabilities span technology areas like enterprise mobility, business analytics, and end-to-end ERP systems as well as innovative leadership techniques in Talent Enrichment. Siva has had 10 years of operational experience at Senior Level managing a large Multi-National Manufacturing & Logistics Company. He acquired hands-on in-depth skills in managing the operations in the area of logistics as well as talent development and succession planning of his key personnel who supported the operations successful growth. His many years experience in the various industries has given Sivanesan a broad based understanding of business processes & drivers enabling him to effectively identify business needs and introduce best-fit solutions. Siva holds a PhD in Logistics Management. He has a strong networking relationship with business leaders in the APAC region and participated events as subject matter expert in SAP & Supply Chain Council events.
